I am an individual who knows that climate change is an already-occurring phenomenon that currently promises to usher multiple simultaneous catastrophes throughout this bright blue marble we call Earth. I also affirm that music can play a role in our coping and in our efforts to combat climate change,

I am personally unaware of there being any substantial repertoire of public domain vocal music through which singers and audience members can share their climate concerns. And what began as a kind of self-therapy to articulate my own distress and perspective developed into a collaborative effort that culminated in the song you'll find here: "Surely the Climate's a-Changin'."​

This website, however, is not just about that song. I hope others will be inspired to share, in the public domain, additional verses fo the original song, brand new songs of their own creation, poetry that others might be moved to write music for, and any other digital-file-sharable creations that are constructive in intent and suitable for general audiences. What you'll find below are just such contributions that have been contributed to date.
